Joanna Walker B.Comm, Certified Business Coach Practitioner is the President  of JW Consulting Group.  Joanna has 12+ years of B2B and B2C industry experience. Most recently Joanna was Director of Corporate Sales at a major Canadian retailer, responsible for all business units targeting B2B clients. She managed $73M plus in revenue. Joanna has experience in building and running retail consumer & employee loyalty programs, gift card programs and sourcing corporate incentives, apparel and merchandise. Joanna has a solid knowledge in all facets of operating a profitable business. 
 
She has built corporate sales and account management teams, launched new business units and turned around unprofitable divisions to be successful and sustainable units within organizations. She knows first hand that running a service-oriented business can be challenging, especially if all functional areas of the business are not aligned and focused on delivering the agreed-upon strategy.
 
Finding the correct balance between sales, marketing and operations can be challenging and many companies lose sight of why they are in business...their customers.
